SHORT COURSES
For those who wish to continue their education E.S.A. regularly has short courses. These courses are typically designed for those who are working in a particular aspect of business but may not have any formal knowledge about it. The courses are can be for both entrepreneurs and middle managers and can last anywhere from one day to a few months.
A new set are scheduled to be announced within the first quarter of 2012.
CHINA PROGRAM
Students have an option to study and live in China for an extended period. Learn more about the business environment in China, study Mandarin, and scan the environment for business opportunities. Summer and regular term options are available..More Info
MASTERS PROGRESSION
Graduates who meet a certain grade requirement may automatically gain admission into a Masters program at one of E.S.A.'s affiliate universities in the UK, Australia, or the United States. More Info.
CORE CURRICULUM
The Core Curriculum modules are designed for students to receive a well-rounded education and to acquire greater self-knowledge in order to achieve greater personal development. A total of 26 modules comprise the Core Curriculum, further broken down as:
Languages & Humanities, Information Technology & Science, Mathematics, Social Science & History, and the Entrepreneurial Formation
series
Entrepreneurial Formation Program consists of a series of modules that initially introduce the elements comprising the entrepreneurial spirit and, more importantly, provide opportunities to enable students to subsequently strengthen that spirit in them. An integral part of the formation program is for students to participate in structured learning activities which also require them to conceptualize, plan, and implement projects with increasing complexity and difficulty.
ACADEMIC PROGRAMS

The program is a three-year intensive program conducted over nine trimesters. It consists of 55 academic modules under three clusters: Core Curriculum (see below, left), Essential Business, and Major Entrepreneurship modules. Students who graduate from the program will have: developed their entrepreneurial skills and attitudes, acquired necessary business tools and knowledge, and successfully launchedand managed a startup venture.
Essential Business modules cover management, organizational behavior, marketing, accounting, business communication, business law, economics, mathematics & quantitative techniques, taxation, and production operations.
Major Entrepreneurship modules include:
Living the Entrepreneurial Experience Seminar series providing first-hand exposure to, and interaction with real entrepreneurs from whose experiences students get inspired and learn directly.
Electives Series of modules that gives students flexibility in acquiring greater knowledge in their field of interest and in order to support their start-up venture operations. Options include foreign languages and special topics in marketing, information technology, and operations.
Business Opportunities Series of modules to help identify and subsequently exploit potential and viable business opportunities taking into consideration the background of each potential entrepreneur as well as prevailing industry and market conditions.
Venture Planning & Initiation Series of modules designed to guide students in preparing comprehensive business plans based on opportunities identified and also guiding them in initially launching their venture.
Venture Management Practicum series during which students manage their start-up venture based on their business plan; students regularly consult their mentors during this stage and are required to submit reports focusing on their business issues.
Venture Assessment Final module designed to evaluate the entrepreneurial process that each student will have completed by the end of the program in order to highlight learning for future entrepreneurial endeavors.

Students who graduate from the program will have: acquired business tools and knowledge, selected a concentration, and developed entrepreneurial values, skills, and attitudes necessary in any business organization. Students can concentrate in Marketing, Finance, or Operations.
Essential Business modules cover management, organizational behavior, human resource management, business communication, marketing, accounting & finance, business law, quantitative techniques and quality management.

The Communication Arts degree program is a three-year intensive program with various specializations conducted over nine trimesters. It consists of 62 academic modules under three clusters: Core Curriculum (see left), Essential Communication & Business, and Major Electives for specialization.
The program aims to produce graduates who are introduced to the various areas of communication while also getting them equipped with sufficient exposure in a possible specialization. Graduates can either work in industries such as broadcasting, publishing, marketing communication or startup their own venture all of which require the development and application of various communication tools. The program also provides a crucial business and managerial perspective in using communication tools.
Essential Communication and Business modules provide students with an introduction to the various communication and management tools to provide a strong foundation for the succeeding specialized modules, projects, and work placements. The modules in the cluster cover:

The students' training is completed by participating in the work practicum program and doing a final comprehensive project according their concentration. Students will also have the option of completing their degree at an affiliate university overseas.
Fast Track Venture Startup
This program consists of a series of modules which are for those who would like to start their own venture but may not know how nor where to begin. Students in this program learn to identify and evaluate business opportunities, prepare a business plan to profitably exploit the opportunity, and launch the venture.
The entire process can be completed in 6-9 months, depending on the level of preparedeness of the candidate. Upon initiating the venture, students will also have an option to participate in the mentoring program of the school that helps startups.
Fast Track Second Degrees
Those who wish to get a second degree - in entreprneurship - while also startting their own business can do so in 12-18 months depending on the initial degree completed.
