Students are also assigned mentors who
will be able to guide them during initial stages of their
studies. They will also be provided with business
mentors who will guide them in preparing their business
plans and research studies during the latter part of their
studies.

B.S. ENTREPRENEURSHIP
The program is a three-year intensive program conducted over
nine trimesters. The program consists of 57 modules under
three clusters: entrepreneurship, general education, and
core business.
Students who graduate from the program will have: developed
their entrepreneurial skills and attitudes, acquired
necessary business tools and knowledge, and successfully
started and run a venture or improved on their existing
family business. Only a limited number of candidates are
accepted into the program. |

B.S. BUSINESS
ADMINISTRATION*
The program is a three-year intensive program conducted over
nine trimesters. The Program consists of 59 modules under
three clusters: general education, core business, and major
business.
Students who graduate from the BSBA program will have
acquired business tools and knowledge and also have
developed their own entrepreneurial skills, attitudes, and
knowledge necessary in any business organization. Students
can opt to concentrate on Marketing, Finance, Management
Science, Marketing or Information Resource Management. |

MANAGEMENT SCIENCE
The Management Science (MSc) concentration is one of the
best management re-engineering programs that can be
encapsulated in a Business Administration course. For this
concentration, ESA fully equips students with the training
on various quantitative tools and their applications in key
management areas, finance and business controls, marketing
research & customer relationship management, operations
research & modeling, business process re-engineering and
business process outsourcing and supply chain management

MARKETING
The Marketing (Mkt)
concentration prepares graduates to work in various areas of
the marketing field at the strategic planning or operational
levels.
Areas covered in the program
include: retail mgmt, sales, purchasing, advertising,
product & brand management, product distribution, consumer
behavior market research, customer relations, and
e-commerce. The program covers the strategic, operational as
well as international aspects of marketing. Candidates will
have to come up with a comprehensive strategic marketing
plan based on original research and analysis. |

INFORMATION
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Information Resource Management (IRM) concentration presents
a managerial perspective of the field of information
science, technology or systems.
This field enables the
student to appreciate the different facets of the IT
business and operations including the study on: IT
infrastructure, systems, methodology, project mgmt,
management decision tools in information technology
development or procurement, operating systems, database and
software applications, office tools and applications, data
back-up and storage, disaster recovery planning, and
financial planning on IT systems and investments.

FINANCE
The Finance (Fin) concentration prepares individuals to pursue careers in
corporate finance, investment management, and capital
markets. It will provide its students with knowledge and
understanding of the main theories and practices of modern
finance as well as specialized areas. Areas covered would
include: capital markets, corporate finance, security
analysis, derivatives, and advanced corporate finance.
* BA students also have an option to complete their degrees
at an overseas affiliate.
